Composition : Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1%.
Indication : It is indicated for aphthous ulcers, ulcerative stomatitis, denture stomatitis, desquamative gingivitis, erosive lichen planus and lesions of the oral mucosa of traumatic origin.
Dosage and administration : Adults and Children : To be applied to the lesion at bedtime and two to four times daily, preferably after meals. Apply to the affected area; do not rub in. Elderly : Corticosteroids should be used sparingly and for short periods of time. or as directed by the registered physician
Use in pregnancy and lactation : Triamcinolone should only be prescribed when the benefits to the mother & child outweigh the risks. Some of corticosteroids may pass into breast milk, but no data are available for Triamcinolone Acetonide. Pregnancy Category C.
Packing : Trialon Oral Paste : 10 gram in a tube.
